Meet the Band
Jay Jones

I started playing guitar when I was about 17 years old. Around 1977, as a High School Junior at Pearl High School, so many of my friends played music. Particularly Ty Tabor of Kings X,  and Kirk Henderson of Petra. I really looked up too to these cats as I slowly developed an interest in harder edged music. All had a huge influence on my style. I was in pretty busy Bands back in the 80s and 90s. We played every place we could. It didn’t matter if it was from Shake on the Lake, Inez’s Place, The Hwy 82 Club in Greenville and Millers Still In Vicksburg. I got tired of basically everything about the business and gigging In 1993, sold all my PA (I kept my guitars however!!). I got back into music again due to Modern Hard Rock (Breaking Benjamin, Tool, Chevelle, etc ). I was in a number of other local bands before Path to Eden (Backseat Romeo, Forward Refusal, and Ravenstone).

Bio

Path to Eden is a Modern/ Classic Rock/ 90's Alternative Rock Band that performs in throughout Mississippi. All of us have come from other Jackson Area Bands like: FuseX, Forward Refusal, Strike 3, Raven-Stone, & Backseat Romeo. Our High Energy set list is available upon request.

Jordana Meadows

The Texas Native has been a professional musician for about 20 years. She has toured all over the world and has performed with famous Entertainment groups like the Carnival Cruise Lines. Her vocals are sultry, yet incredibly strong, a definite force to be reckoned with.

Blake Newell

I started out playing on the drum line in High School. I switched to bass a few years ago! I think by being a drummer originally this is what makes me really fit into the groove with Path to Eden and the other bands I’ve been part of over the years.
